CRMUnleashed On-Demand and Workstation Requirements
All you require is;
- computer (normal workstation, laptop, Mac, iPad or even iphone)
- internet access
- a web browser (Firefox , Safari, or Internet Explorer) to access CRMUnleashed
CRM Unleashed Helpdesk Software (On-Premise) Minimum Server Requirements
CRMUnleashed On-Premise must be installed on an application server, we recommend installing the SQL server on a different server but if required can run both on the same system, Do NOT attempt to install the SQL server on a domain controller as Microsoft has had issues in doing this.
IIS Server Minimum Requirements
The Table below lists the minimum server requirements for the CRMUnleashed IIS Server, the IIS server is what you will require to host the CRMUnleashed application in order to serve the application to the internet.

SQL Server Minimum Requirements
The table below lists the minimum server requirements for the CRMUnleashed SQL Server. The CRMUnleashed application uses Microsoft SQL Server as the database therefore you will require an SQL Server. We highly suggest you use two different servers. However, if necessary you can run both the SQL and IIS server on the same server. You may also want to setup a VM server and have both server layers on one computer, but remember in such cases to increase the resources because more will be required.
